I am back with yet another story which is closer to my heart #MyDubai.
Dubai has developed drastically over the past half century, nobody would have imagined or even thought that a patch of sandy land would transform to a city with sky kissing skyscrapers. In spite of the modernization, Dubai has to manage to stick to its historical roots.
Since I was born in Dubai I am aware of the historical background well and I might have visited the Dubai Museum at least more than 10 times 😛 Before Dubai discovered oil,the inhabitants survived on fishing and pearl diving as their main occupation, most of the trading was done by the sea.
Abra is one of the oldest and cheapest modes of transportation, its the sole fastest means of transportation between Deira and Bur Dubai. This mini Boat Taxi cost only 1 AED. MUST TRY 😀
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum – Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai’s visionary to make Dubai as one of the successful, large-scale, rapid growing regions in the Middle East, has successfully achieved it and no doubt Dubai proudly stands as one of the sought after tourist spot. It has become highly impossible for not being aware of. It’s has become one of the world’s ten most popular tourist destinations.
Dubai has transformed from a regional center to a global world stage.
Imagination is the beginning of creation.
Burj Khalifa is one of the biggest tourist attractions in Dubai. It is the world’s tallest building with a stunning and mind blowing artwork that showcased one of the world’s best-LED projection show. It consists of 160 stories and is builds by the Emaar Properties. Burj Khalifa broke all the world records, it’s over 828 meters (2,716.5 feet) tall and more than 160 stories. If you plan on going on the top of the Burj Khalifa, don’t miss out on the very famous musical fountain show. 😀 Burj Khalifa kicks off each year with a breath-taking firework show. So plan this NEW YEAR’S EVE in a Style by watching the sparkly fireworks at the Burj Khalifa.
I am so proud to be born and brought up in this diverse country #MyDubai ❤
